    Equipment

    • Moon cake moulds

    Ingredients
      

    • 1 kg date paste check for pits!
    • ⅓ cup pistachios finely chopped and toasted
    • ⅓ cup walnuts finely chopped and toasted
    • ⅓ cup almonds finely chopped and toasted
    • 30 tea biscuits
    • ⅙ cup butter melted
    • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom

    Instructions
     

    • Toss all ingredients into a large mixing bowl and begin mixing it with gloved hands. Tea biscuits will naturally break into smaller pieces.
    • Roll into balls or use candy moulds to get the shape of your choice.
    • Store in the fridge for up to one month.
