    Classic Italian Panna Cotta

    بانا كوتا

    Panna cotta is a rich and creamy Italian dessert that is surprisingly easy to make. Seriously – throw all the ingredients into a pot, boil and chill! Similar to Middle Eastern mhallabieh, panna cotta is a milk and cream pudding that is made with gelatin and is usually served in moulds. It tastes delicious served with fresh fruits and a tangy sauce, such as raspberry coulis.
     
    The recipe I’ve included below is for classic panna cotta, but you can jazz it up and add flavourings such as orange blossom, espresso, and salted caramel.

    Ingredients
      

    • 500 ml cream
    • 500 ml milk
    • 200 g sugar
    • 18 g gelatin powder May use vegetable (halal) gelatin
    • 5 ml vanilla extract

    Instructions
     

    • Place cream, milk, sugar and gelatin powder into pot and bring to a boil over medium heat, whisking constantly.
    • Add vanilla and whisk.  
    • Pour the mixture into moulds or serving glasses and chill until set.
    •  Serve with raspberry sauce, fresh fruits or honey.

    • ‎٥٠٠ مل كريم خفق
    • ‎٥٠٠ مل حليب‎
    • ٢٠٠ غ سكر
    • ‎١٨ غ جلاتين بدون نكهة ( حلال )‎
    • ه مل فانيلا

    التعليمات
     

    • الطريقة :‎ نضع الكريمة والحليب والسكر والجيلاتين على نار متوسطة حتى تسخن وتذوب المكونات مع التحريك المستمر.
    • وبعد أنان تسخن جيدًا نضيف الفانيلا ونحرك حتى يتجانس الخليط.
    • نوزع الخليط في كاسات التقديم في كاسات التقديم نوزع الخليط ومن ثم نضعها بالبراد.
    • ‎تقدّم مع صوص التوت البري أاو العسل. وأالف صحة وهنا.
